Chocolate Easter Eggs - How do you Make Chocolate Easter Eggs?
Equipment needed to make Homemade Chocolate Easter Eggs
Easter Egg Molds (Easer Egg Moulds in the UK)
Good quality chocolate - 70% cocoa solids 
Instructions
Place the chocolate in a bowl and place the bowl in some very hot water in order to melt the chocolate in the bowl
Make sure the molds are at room temperature - 90ºF
Pour the melted chocolate into the molds.
Shake and move the molds to spread the choloate evenly. The more chocolate you pour in the thicker the Easter Egg will be.
Put the molds into the fridge for 20 minutes.
When the chocolate has hardened remove the molds from the fridge.
Carefully remove the chocolate from the Easter Egg moulds
Spread some melted chocolate along the edges of the molds and put the two molds together.
As the chocolate on the edges hardens the two molds will stick together.
